Goldsboro - Mrs. Reneé Knight, 64 of Goldsboro, NC, passed on Friday, March 4, 2022. Reneé was, to all who knew her, one-of-a-kind. She was humble with a profound intuition and intellect that even she may not have realized. And she was generous and enduring; her love, unconditional & endless. The family will receive friends at 2:00pm on Saturday, March 12th, 2022, in the J.B. Rhodes Jr. Memorial Chapel of J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home & Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC. She was born on May 6, 1957 in Wayne County, NC. Reneé was preceded in passing by her parents, Ethel and Lawrence Bonner, Sr.; grandparents, Syvilla & Junius Seay and adored aunts, uncles, & cousins. Reneé leaves to cherish her legacy her husband, James Knight of the home; brothers: Lawrence Jr. & Bobby; her only child, Tosha and her daughter’s husband, Byron, whom she loved as her own child; grandchildren: Quan, Qualan, Qye, Qavi and Bellen “Miss Quinn” and other close relatives who, though not all named here, were loved dearly and of whom she spoke especially highly. She was well before her time and with a love like hers, one could endeavor to change the world…and she has forever changed ours. Services of compassionate and distinguished class entrusted to J.B.
