He was never judgmental and always encouraged patience and understanding. My first church memories were ushered under his guidance at First Baptist Church of Turkey. He will be remembered in my heart forever as a leader that walked the walk he talked. "Many are called, but few are chosen" (Matthew 22:14), and I believe Pastor Alexander was among the chose. May his soul rest in everlasting peace and his family be comforted. Amen
Reverend Alexander and First Lady Dorothy being GOD sent at so many pivotal times in my life. I am grateful to have known and loved them both dearly. I will always treasure the time they both extended to me. My last conversation with him, he encouraged me…to stay in GOD’s word. When my call was to encourage him. He had a gift at doing that encouraging others. Not only did GOD give him many gifts in all my memories I realize he is a gift too. My love and empathy goes out to the family at this time.

This man… was a big part of my life for 25 years. He always considered me as one of his and accepted my son as one of his grands. Rev. Alexander was a man of integrity.He touched many lives with grace and kindness. I can rejoice knowing that he was truly a man of God. He taught what was right, he lived right, and he has left a remarkable legacy to everyone who was in his life. To his wonderful family, thank you for loving him beyond measure. Prayers of comfort and love to you all. We will cherish and love you forever.

Rev. Alexander was one of my favorite preachers growing up in late 80s and early 90s at St. Luke MB. He preached so even children could understand. I always enjoyed him bringing the word. Rev Alexander you will be missed.
