Goldsboro - Deacon Aaron "Bud" Lewis, 93 of 823 Olivia Lane, passed on Saturday, December 7, 2019 at the Brian Center, Goldsboro, NC. The celebration of his life will be held on Monday, December 16, 2019 at 12:00pm at Woods Chapel FWB Church, 928 New Hope Road, Goldsboro, NC with Elder Leo Deans officiating. He will be laid to rest at the Old Mill Cemetery, 3718 Central Heights Road, Goldsboro, NC. There will be a viewing held on Monday, December 16, 2019 from 11:00am to 11:50am at the church.
He was born on December 16, 1925 in Wayne County, NC to Elbert and and Janie Swinson Lewis. He is survived by his loving wife, Gertie Hutchins Lewis, his grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives.
