To Mrs. Nancy Faison and family,
We are saddened to hear the passing of our beloved Christian friend and brother, A. C. We send our sincere condolences to the family and loved ones.
We would like to share this memory of A. C.’s impact upon our lives. When our family was in need, we met dear A.C., and he offered his services. He did not offer them specifically for pay, or because he discovered some sort of unknown advantage for himself, but he was compelled to treat us, as he wished himself to be treated. During our time of interaction, his behavior displayed nothing less than expressing an abundance of Christian love, grace, wisdom, and kindness that we shall never forget.
A.C. displayed the parable of the Good Samaritan each and every day, by reminding us of the second greatest commandment, which is, “love your neighbor as yourself.”
“We salute A.C. by showing all of us that there are still people that display Christ-like love and care for their neighbors.
We thank A.C. for his grace, kindness, wisdom, and neighborly love. The qualities that were embedded in his spirit made a huge impact upon so many people. We pray that everyone that is able to hear this will find a spirit within them similar to the spirit that was in A.C.
Now for A. C. we say, “Well done thy good and faithful servant.” A. C. thank you for your inspirational example!
We will really miss you.
Love to all,
Dr. Linda Millner Murphy,
