Mr. Alexander Cox's Obituary
Goldsboro - Mr. Alexander Cox, 73, completed his final earthly mission on Saturday, February 10, 2024 at UNC Rex Medical Center, Raleigh, NC. The Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, February 17, 2024 at 12:00pm with a viewing from 11:00am to 11:50am at Mt. Zion Church Ministries, 323 Whitfield Drive, Goldsboro, NC. He will be laid to rest at Wayne Memorial Park, 2925 US Hwy 117, Dudley, NC.
He was born on August 28, 1950 in Wayne County, NC to Alex and Retha L. Williams Cox. He is survived by wife, Isabelle Cox; a daughter, Anita Michele Cox; a son, Alex Durrell Cox; grandchildren, Mekhi Ty'Rell Howell; Jaylen Alexander Cox; Alexa Brielle Cox. He was the second youngest of six siblings, Alpha warren (deceased), Retha Hubbard, Ruth Cox Marshall, Christine Hubbard, and brother, Bobby Cox (Mitzi), and a host of special nieces and nephews as well as other family and friends.
