Goldsboro - Pastor Aline R. Lawson, 87, passed on Thursday, September 2, 2021 at Wayne UNC Health Care, Goldsboro, NC. The celebration of her life will be held on Friday, September 10, 2021 at 2:00pm at Gospel Revival Uplift Ministries, 120 E. Hillsboro Street, Mt. Olive, NC. There will be a viewing held on Thursday, September 9, 2021 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home & Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC. She will be laid to rest at the Wayne Memorial Park, 2925 US Hwy 117 South, Dudley, NC.
She was born on December 18, 1933 in Wayne County, NC to James Roberts and Ruth Philpot Roberts. She is survived by her children, grandchildren and other loving relatives and friends.
