Ms. Alma Cooper Gills' Obituary
Goldsboro - Ms. Alma Retha Cooper Gills, 85, fought the good fight and has now received the ultimate reward on Friday, September 23, 2022 at home. The celebration of her life will be held at 1:00pm with a viewing from 12:00pm 12:45pm on Sunday, October 2, 2022 at the Pentecostal Holy Church, 600 E. Pine Street, Goldsboro, NC. She will be laid to rest at the Wayne Memorial Park, 2925 US Hwy 117 South, Dudley, NC.
She was born on July 5, 1937 in Wayne County, NC to Paul Edwards and Cora Lee Cooper. She is survived by six children, grandchildren and one brother and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
