Goldsboro - Mr. Andrew Carl Williams, 55 of 701 S. Claiborne Street, passed on Sunday, March 13, 2016 at Wayne Memorial Hospital, Goldsboro, NC. The celebration of his life will be held on Friday, March 18, 2016 at 10:00 am at St. Read Obituary
Andrew , was a very special person. A True Man of God, that had such a Loving and Humble Spirit. He was always kind and considerate, and thought of others. He Loved his family so much. He is truly going to be missed.
Andrew was a true gentleman, an individual who gave unselfishly of his time, treasure, and talents to influence young men through the Boy Scouts and specifically through Pack 11. Andrew was a wonderful person and will be missed greatly by all of us. God bless you.

I am so very sorry for your loss. The Bible makes this comforting promise: "Jehovah is close to the brokenhearted, he saves those who are crushed in spirit." I only knew him through the post office for the past three years. He helped me several times get through my day, no matter how frustrating, with a smile on both my face and his. I saw understanding and acceptance in his eyes, and was grateful for the opportunity to get to see him everyday.I will miss him and regret not letting him know he made a difference, for the better in my day. My prayers for everyone that loved him.
