The celebration of her life will be held on Monday, February 3, 2020 at 1:00pm in the Nannie D. Loftin Memorial Chapel at Loftin Memorial- J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home, 106 N. East Street, Kinston, NC. There will be a viewing held on Monday, February 3,2020 from 12:00pm to 12:50pm at the funeral home.
She was born on February 1, 1964 in Lenoir County, NC TO Andrew and Rebecca Phillips Herring. She is survived by her children & fiance.
