Rhodes Funeral Home & Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, space will be limited. Mask required and social distancing protocols will be in place.
She was born on November 22, 1931 in Wayne County, NC to William and Mary Woodard Hill.
