Goldsboro Ms. Annie Doris Winbush, 67 of 417 Miller Ave, passed on Monday, November
18, 2013 at Wayne Memorial Hospital. The celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, November 23, 2013 at 11:00 am at St. Stephen’s Missionary Baptist Church, 206 Pearson St, Goldsboro, NC. She will be laid to rest in Elmwood Cemetery, Goldsboro, NC. There will be a visitation held on Friday, November 22, 2013 in the J.B. Rhodes Jr. Memorial Chapel at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations from 1:00 pm until 7:00 pm, with the family present from
6:00 pm until 7:00 pm.
She was born on February 27, 1946 in Wayne County, NC to George Strickland and
Maggie Howell. She is survived by one sister, Magdalene W. Thompson and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, great-great nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends.
