Goldsboro - Ms. Annie Tokie Woodard, 78 of 905-A Poplar Street, passed on Thursday morning, March 30, 2017 at Kitty Askins Hospice Center, Goldsboro, NC. There will be a viewing held on Monday, April 3, 2017 from 11:00am until 1:00pm at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home & Cremations, Goldsboro, NC. A graveside service will be held at 2:00pm at Wayne Memorial Park, 2925 US Hwy 117 South, Dudley, NC.
She was born in Greene County, NC on May 7, 1939 to Willie and Thelma Harris Woodard. She is survived by five children: Rose Woodard Thorpe, Charles Donnell Woodard, Phyllis Woodard LaDoucer, Janet D. Woodard Burns and Ernestine Woodard Williams.
