GoldsboroMs. Barbara J. Mims, 47, died Sunday morning, July 29, 2012 at Kitty Askins Hospice Center. A memorial celebration will be held on Wednesday, August 1, 2012 at 1:00pm at Northeast Chapel FWB Church, James Street Ext., Mt. Olive, NC with Dr. Everlena Oliver as the eulogist.She was born on August 14, 1964 in Duplin County, NC to Pastor Janice P. Williams and David Franklin Williams. She was the mother of Carlos Mims, Jr. and Keanan J. Mims both of Greensboro, NC. A final sympathetic and dignified service has been entrusted to J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations.
