Dudley - Ms. Bernice Hall Worrell, 89 of 1172 Old Mt. Olive Hwy passed on Monday, October 6, 2014 at Wayne Memorial Hospital surrounded by her family. The celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, October 11, 2014 at 1:00pm at All Saints United Holy Church, 328 Sleepy Creek Road, Dudley, NC. She will be laid to rest in the Worrell Family Cemetery, Dudley, NC. There will be a visitation held on Friday, October 10, 2014 from 1:00pm until 7:00pm with the family present from 6:00pm until 7:00pm in the J.B. Rhodes Jr. Memorial Chapel at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC. She was born on March 31, 1925 in Wayne County, NC to Jacob and Charity Simmons Hall. She is survived by five children: Leamon Worrell of Brooklyn, NY, Rozalyn Garner of Dudley, NC, Queen Williams of Dudley, NC, Doris Worrell of Dudley, NC and Alice Worrell of New Jersey, and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
