Durham Ms. Bertha M. "Ruffin" Cutler, 86 of 217 Pleasant Drive, passed on Tuesday, December 11, 2012 at Durham Regional Hospital, Durham, NC. Funeral service will be held on Friday, December 14, 2012 at 1:00pm at the mausoleum at Wayne Memorial Park, 2925 US Hwy 117 S, Dudley. Entombment will follow the service. A visitation will be held on Thursday, December 13, 2012 at J.B. Rhodes Jr. Memorial Chapel of J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations from 2:00pm until 7:00pm. She was born on April 8, 1926 in Wayne County, NC to the late Jesse and Effie Speight Ruffin. A professional, sympathetic, dignified and compassionate service entrusted to J.B.
