Goldsboro - Mrs. Bessie Elizabeth Foye Barnes, 90, passed on Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at home. The celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, January 8, 2022 at 10:00am at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home & Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC.
She was born in Wayne County, NC to James Foye and Lucinda Coley Foye. She is survived by her husband, children, grand children and other loving relatives and friends.
