Bailey, 77, completed her earthly journey and transitioned from labor to reward peacefully, Wednesday, March 26, 2025 at Willow Creek Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Goldsboro, NC. There will be a celebration of life held on Saturday, April 5, 2025 at 12:00 PM at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home & Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial , Goldsboro, NC.
Betty was born March 29,1947 in Wayne County to the late JaPaul and Lillian Brown. She is survived by her daughter, Mrs. Gloria S. Payne (Charles) of Goldsboro, NC and her son, Mr.. Nathaniel Shadding Jr. of Concord, NC six grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
