Illinois - Mr. Billy "Bill" Elliott, 68, formerly of Goldsboro, passed on Friday, December 20, 2019. There will be a viewing held on Friday, January 3, 2020 from 10:00am to 11:15am at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home & Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC. He will then be laid to rest at the Eastern Carolina State Veterans Cemetery, 164 Longs Plant Farm Road, Goldsboro, NC at 12:00 noon.
He was born on December 23, 1950 in Wayne County, NC to Maryland Chester and Laura Ann Atkinson Elliott. He is survived by his loving wife, Juliette Shields Elliott and children.
