Dover- It is with deep sorrow and humble hearts that we announce the passing of Bobby Carroll Harper age 82, who entered eternal rest on Wednesday, September24, 2025 due to a tragic accident. The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, October 4, 2025 at 12 Noon at Legacy Cremation Care, LLC 106 N. East Street, Kinston, NC. A chapel viewing will be 1 hour prior to the service at 11 AM - 11:50AM. Please continue to keep the family lifted in your prayers during their time of bereavement.
