Smithfield - Mr. Calvin M. Elliott Sr., 64 of 216A E. Holt Street, passed on Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at home. The celebration of his life will be held on Wednesday, December 7, 2016 at 12:00pm at First African Baptist Church, 803 Harris Street, Goldsboro, NC. He will be laid to rest at the Eastern Carolina State Veterans Cemetery, 164 Longs Plant Farm Road, Goldsboro, NC. There will be a viewing held on Wednesday, December 7, 2016 from 11:00am until 12:00pm at the church.
He was born in Wayne County, NC to Benjamin Elliott and Fabie Everette Elliott. He is survived by his wife, Emma J. Elliott, his four children: Calvin M. Elliott Jr. of Princeton, NC, Angela (David) McKinnie of LaGrange, NC, Kimberly Elliott of Goldsboro, NC and Shelly Elliott of Smithfield, NC and his mother, Fabie E. Elliott.
