My thoughts and prayers are with Mr. King's family. I had the privilege of serving Mr. King at VA outpatient clinic in Raleigh. His smile always brightened my day. It was an honor to get to know him and to work with him. He will be missed!

I am blessed to have known Mr. King. He was a very kind, generous person. He was
always willing to lend a helping hand, no strings attached, just a good guy. He will be missed dearly.

I am so blessed to have worked with King the past 6 years. He was the hardest worker I know. Could work circles around the college guys that were less than half his age. His sunny outlook will be missed. He always spoke to me in the most respectful way, asking about my husband and kids. He truly cared for others. One of the last memories I have of King is one I will always cherish. He told me and another co-worker that he was thankful that we had prayed for him and encouraged him to attend church. He said that he had recently given his life back to Christ and was baptized. He told us he was getting his life back in order. He was beaming with that smile he was known for. His family is in my thoughts and prayers. Please know he was loved and will be missed by many of us in his work life.

King, I knew him as "King", was a good man who was always kind and considerate to me and to everyone I saw him interact with. He knew the Lord Jesus and was excited about studying the book of Hebrews. My last memory of King was of him smiling his infectious smile. I remember thinking that he seemed very much at peace and happy. He was loved and will be missed.
