Fayetteville - Ms. Carmen Yvette Barnes David, 61 of 3526 Thomas Ave., formerly of Goldsboro, passed on Saturday, December 10, 2016 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center, Fayetteville, NC. The celebration of he life will be held on Saturday, December 17, 2016 at 12:00pm at Pentecostal Holy Church, 600 E. Pine Street, Goldsboro, NC. She will be laid to rest at Old Mill Cemetery, 3718 Central Heights Road, Goldsboro, NC. There will be a visitation held on Saturday, December 17, 2016 from 11:00am until 12:00pm at the church.
She was born in Wayne County, NC to Lorenzo Barnes and Julia Martin Barnes. She is survived by her husband, DC David; two daughters: Jada Langston and Keisha Banks; and her mother.
