Mrs. Carol Francis Rivers' Obituary
Pikeville - Mrs. Carol Francis Lane Rivers, 66 of 272 Ivey Lane, passed on Wednesday, March 14, 2018 at Kitty Askins Hospice Center, Goldsboro, NC. The celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, March 24, 2018 at 2:00pm at Greater Morning Star Church, 705 S. Sycamore Street, Fremont, NC. She will be laid to rest at the Golden Gate Memorial Pavilion, Hwy 117, Pikeville, NC. There will be a viewing held on Friday, March 23, 2018 at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home & Cremations of Goldsboro, NC from 6:00pm to 8:00pm with the family arriving to receive friends from 7:00pm to 8:00pm.
She was born on May 7, 1951 in Wayne County, NC to Milton and Martha Sauls Lane. She is survived by her husband, Jimmy Rivers and children.
Services of compassionate and distinguished class entrusted to J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremation of Goldsboro.
The family will be receiving friends at the home of her daughter, Tracey Horne, 155 Ivey Lane, Pikeville NC.
