Dudley - Mr. Carrie Byrd Jr. 65 of 537 Rollingwood Drive, passed on Monday, November 26, 2018 at home surrounded by his loving family. The celebration of his life will be held on Tuesday, December 4, 2018 at 1:00pm at Saint Andrews Christian Church, 322 Rollingwood Drive, Dudley, NC. There will be a viewing on Monday, December 3, 2018 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm with the family arriving to receive friends from 6:00pm to 7:00pm at the J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home & Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC.
He was born on March 19, 1953 in Sampson County, NC to Helen Suerles and David Byrd. He is survived by his loving wife, Annette Holloman Byrd; daughter, Andrea Byrd; granddaughter, Keshanyna Johnson. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Shonta N. Byrd.
