Kinston - Ms. Carrie B. Outlaw, 83 of 5061 Rex Howard Road, passed on Friday, October 27, 2017 at Harmony Hall Nursing & Rehab Center, Kinston, NC. The celebration of her life will be held on Wednesday, November 1, 2017 at 1:00pm at Bay Chapel Church, 5124 Watering Pond Road, Pink Hill, NC. She will be laid to rest at the Branch Cemetery, Pink Hill, NC. There will be a viewing held on Tuesday, October 31, 2017 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at the Loftin Memorial-J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home, 106 N. East Street, Goldsboro, NC.
She was born in Louisville, Alabama on June 26, 1934 to Henry and Hattie Lattimore Hardy. She is survived by six children: Carl Hardy (Lois), Cynthia Hardy (Tracey), Delilah Dove (Buddy), Carrie Roberts (James, Marcus Martin (Doris) and Mack L. Martin (Dorothy); her brother, Theodis Fenn (Joanne); nine grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
