The celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, September 8, 2018 at 3:00pm at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home & Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC. There will be a viewing held on Saturday, September 8, 2018 from 2:00pm to 3:00pm at the funeral home.
He was born on September 17, 1955 in Wayne County, NC to Elijah Harper and Mary M. Coley. He is survived by his children.
