Camden, New Jersey - Mr. Charles Watkins, 56 of 758 Pine Street, passed on Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at Inspira Hospital, Woodberry, NJ. The
celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, January 13, 2018 at 12:00pm at Heath Adundant Life Church Ministries. 1501 NC Hwy 11 N, Kinston, NC. He will be laid to rest at the J Chapman Cemetery, Ft. Barnwell, NC. There will be a viewing held on Friday, January 12, 2018 from 4pm to 7pm at Loftin Memorial-J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home, 106 N. East Street, Kinston, NC - 28501.
He was born in Craven County, NC to Elaine McCarter Chapman and Thomas Watkins.

The family is receiving friends at the home of his brother, Bradley Chapman, 2012A Summerhaven Drive, Greenville, NC, where they will also assemble for the funeral procession.
