Goldsboro - Mr. Charlie "Sonny Boy" Cobb, 86 of 508 King Drive, passed on Thursday, October 25, 2018 at Wake Medical Center, Raleigh, NC. The celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, November 10, 2018 at 11:00am at St. John AME Zion Church, 584 Pecan Road, Dudley, NC. He will be laid to rest in the St. John AME Zion Church Cemetery. There will be a viewing held on Saturday, November 10, 2018 from 9:00am to 11:00am at the church.
He was born on September 4, 1932 in Wayne County, NC to Freddie Lee Hill and Caroline Cobb.
