Pikeville - Ms. Charlotte Viola Mercer, 76, passed on Sunday, December 27, 2020 at Wayne UNC Health Care, Goldsboro, NC. The celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, January 16, 2021 at 3:00pm at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home & Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC.
She was born on January 1, 1944 in Pittsburgh, PA to Maceo Patterson and Doris Thomas Patterson. She is survived by one son, Dewey D. Mercer (Edith); her grandchildren; siblings and other loving relatives and friends.
