Goldsboro - Mr. Clarence Robinson, 88 of 3310 Wayne Memorial Drive, passed on Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at Wayne UNC Health Care, Goldsboro, NC. The celebration of his life will be held on Monday, February 4, 2019 at 12:00pm at Best Grove Missionary Baptist Church, 1065 Tommy's Road, Goldsboro, NC with Pastor Joe A. Jackson officiating. He will be laid to rest at the Wayne Memorial Park, 2925 US Hwy 117 South, Dudley, NC. There will be viewing held on Sunday, February 3, 2019 from 1:00pm to 5:00pm at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC.
He was born on August 15, 1930 in Emporia, VA. He leaves his precious memories to his wife of 59 years, Lila B. Robinson of the home; two sons: Michael Robinson of Upper Marlboro, MD and Shelton Robinson of Bothell, WA; a granddaughter, Amanda Young of Goldsboro, NC; great grandchildren: Jaliyah and Makai Young; five sisters-in-law: Ruthie Best, Mattie Jones, Alee French, Maryann Ives and Bessie Best, his Church Family, cousins and other relatives and friends.
