Mr. Claude Eugene Artis' Obituary
Fremont - Mr. Claude E. Artis, 83, ascended to his Heavenly home on Monday, December 26, 2022 at home surrounded by his loving family. The celebration of his life will be held on Wednesday, January 4, 2023 at 12:00pm with a viewing from 11:00am to 11:45am at White Oak Grove FWB Church, 2261 Big Daddys Road, Pikeville, NC. He will be laid to rest at the Golden Gate Memorial Gardens, 4734 Highway 117 North, Pikeville, NC.
He was born on February 9, 1939 in Wayne County, NC to Thad Artis Sr. and Laurina Coley Artis. He is survived by his loving wife, Evangelist Dr. Lillie M. Young-Artis and other loving relatives and friends.
