Pikeville - Mr. Claudy Geigher Sr., 86, passed on Friday, February 12, 2021 at Wayne UNC Health Care, Goldsboro, NC. The celebration of his life will be held graveside on Saturday, February 20, 2021 at 1:00pm at Golden Gate Memorial Gardens, 4734 Highway 117 North, Pikeville, NC. There will be a viewing held on Friday, February 19, 2021 from 6:00pm to 7:30pm at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home & Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC.
He was born on December 18, 1934 in Duplin County, NC to Nathaniel Geigher and Laura Jane Williams Geigher. He is survived one sister, Ruth Humphrey; six children: Gwen Stewart, Claude Geigher Jr., Darryl Geigher (Peggy), Pamela Geigher, Belinda Tucker (Wheeler) and Tonia Geigher. He also leaves to cherish his memory, 20 grandchildren, 39 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
