Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC.
She was born on September 27, 1958 in Wayne County, NC to Ervin Waters and Ora Lean Hargrove. She is survived by her children, grandchildren and other loving relatives and friends.
