Goldsboro Ms. Corene P. Coley, 88, passed away on Wednesday evening, March 27, 2013 at Kitty Askins Hospice Center. A home going celebration will be held on Friday, April 5, 2013 at 11:00am at Union Grove Missionary Baptist Church, 2136 Memorial Church Road, Fremont, NC. She will be laid to rest in the Union Grove FWB Church Cemetery. A visitation will be held on Thursday, April 4, 2013 from 1:00pm until 8:00pm with the family present from 7:00pm to 8:00pm in the J.B. Rhodes Jr. Memorial Chapel at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations. She was born on July 16, 1924 in Pikeville (Wayne County), NC to Lewis and Appie Pleasant. She is survived by her son, Curley Pleasant of Goldsboro, NC. A professional, sympathetic, dignified and compassionate service entrusted to J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations.
