Goldsboro - Ms. Crystal R. Mason, 56, 200 E. Lockhaven Drive, Apt. 1C, passed on Tuesday, July 28, 2015 at Genesis Healthcare, Mt. Olive, NC. The celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, August 1, 2015 at 1:00pm, Trinity Missionary Baptist Church of God In Christ, 233 Halifax Street, Petersburg, Va. with Pastor Jeffrey L. Dodson, Sr. officiating.
She was born to the late Valnora Mason and Jerome Mason on October 13, 1958 in Petersburg, Virginia.
Crystal leaves to cherish her memories three son, Sherman L. Mason of Newport News. Va.; Genesis Vann (Zuleika) and James Vann, Jr. both of Norfolk, Va.; two daughters, Tameka Vann and Takeysha Vann both of Norfolk, Va.; granddaughters; Ashanti Sorina (devoted), Genae Vann, Shermanjai Mason and Treasure Perry, one brother, Henry L. Mason, Jr.; four sisters, Lucille E. Colman (Gerald), Martha A. Burton(Garland), Bernice Mars, and Vanessa L. Mason; one aunt, Irene Mason; numerous of nephews and nieces (devoted) Johnathan Davis(Anshonda); devoted friends, Charles Slade, Billy Williams, Verline Crews; godsisters, Carolyn Shepherd and Sharon Cannon; caregivers, Rebecca Daniels and Delores Salley.
