Goldsboro - Mr. Curtis Caldwell Meningall Jr., 82 of 1306 S. Slocumb Street, passed on Sunday, June 8, 2014 at home surrounded by his family. The celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, June 14, 2014 at 1:00pm at Best Grove Missionary Baptist Church, 1065 Tommy's Road, Goldsboro, NC, with the Reverend Joe A. Jackson
officiating. He will be laid to rest in Elmwood Cemetery, Hwy 117 Bypass, Goldsboro, NC with military honors. He was born on July 17, 1931 in Davidson County (Lexington), NC to Curtis Caldwell and Jessie Mitchell Meningall Sr. He is survived by his wife, Kathryn Foskey Meningall; his daughter, Deanne Estelle Meningall; his son, Seth Thomas (Jennifer) Meningall, his aunt, Elizabeth R. Evans, and a host of other relatives and friends. Professional, sympathetic, dignified, compassionate care and service entrusted to J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations.
