Goldsboro - Ms. Cynthia McKinney, 64, passed on Thursday, February 14, 2019 at the Kitty Askins Hospice Center, NC. The celebration of her life was held on Monday, February 18, 2019 at 12:00pm at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC with Dr. Robert D. Hood officiating. She was laid to rest at Wayne Memorial Park North, 1191 Old Grantham Road, Goldsboro, NC. There was a viewing held on Monday, February 18, 2019 from 11:30am to 12:00pm at the funeral home.
She was born on September 22, 1954 in Wayne County, NC to Edward Arthur Hubbard Jr. and Azlea Chatman Hubbard. She is survived by her sisters.
