When I visited my grandparents for the first time (Nester and Mamie) the first person I took to was my Uncle Darius or as I called him Uncle Darryl. He always was working with grand daddy in the smoke house and they even tried to get me to put down a huge pig to help them, of course as a city kid I wasn’t prepared at all. Lol. My uncle was the first man to teach me how to handle and shoot a gun. He was always a giving person and everyone in the family gravitated towards him. He affected my life at a young age and I am so thankful for all the times we shared together. Rest In Peace Uncle Darius, I love you and thank you so much for the love you gave me.
R.I.P paw you always looked out for others no matter what. You’ll always be in our heart FOREVER! You will never be forgotten. You were the best dad ever. I i’m glad you spent a lot of time with your grandkids. They’ll always know they had a Grandpa that loved them. Tonio, Leek, and me are staying strong because that’s what you would have wanted. We love you.
