Goldsboro - Mr. David "Ricky" Darden Jr., 60, passed on Thursday, October 25, 2018 at the University of Maryland Shore Medical Center at Easton, Maryland. The celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, November 3, 2018 at 12:00 noon at Mt. Zion Church Ministries, 323 Whitfield Drive, Goldsboro, NC. He will be laid to rest at the Wayne Memorial Park, 2925 US Hwy 117 South, Dudley, NC. There will be a viewing held on Friday, November 2, 2018 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home & Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro NC.
He was born on March 27, 1958 in Wayne County, NC to David Darden Sr. and Nina Pearl Cox Darden. He is survived by his children.

The family is receiving friends at 112 Courtney Road, Goldsboro, NC, where they will also assemble at 11:00am in preparation for the funeral service.
