Goldsboro - Mr. David Scott "Q-Ball" Felton, 76 of 215 Pinewood Drive, passed on Tuesday, November 13, 2018. The celebration of his life will be held on Sunday, November 18, 2018 at 2:00pm at Greenleaf Christian Church DOC, 2110 N. William Street, Goldsboro, NC. There will be a viewing held on Saturday, November 17, 2018 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm with the family arriving to receive friends from 7:00pm to 8:00pm at J.B. Rhodes Jr. Funeral Home & Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC. He will be laid to rest on Monday, November 19, 2018 at Evergreen Memorial Cemetery, 3888 US Hwy 70 West, Princeton, NC.
He was born on November 5, 1942 in Edenton, NC to Edward and Roberta Jones Felton. He is survived by his faithful wife of fifty-three years, Connie Marie Best Felton; his nephew, who was raised as a son, Marco Felton; grandchildren: Shaquana and twin brother, Jamel Warren of Binghamton, NY and Lionel Omar Diaz-Felton; his sister, Berta Mae Glover of the home; sisters-in-love: Josephine Coley Best and Rochelle Harper Herring of Goldsboro; two aunts: Mae E. Coefield of Edenton, NC and Mary G. (George) Knight of Norfolk, VA, and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
