Goldsboro - Mr. David Marcellus Williams, 56, passed on Sunday, August 9, 2015 at Kitty Askins Hospice Center, Goldsboro, NC. The celebration of his life will be held on Sunday, August 16, 2015 at 3:00pm at First African Baptist Church, 803 Harris Street, Goldsboro, NC. He will be laid to rest in the Old Mill Cemetery, 3718 Central Heights Road, Goldsboro, NC. There will be visitation held on Saturday, August 15, 2015 from 1:00 pm until 8:00pm with the family present from 7:00pm until 8:00pm in the J.B. Rhodes Jr. Memorial Chapel at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations.
He was born in Wayne County, NC to Ray Williams and Catherine Mae Hines Williams. He is survived by his wife, Annette Irene Best Williams, his children and siblings.
