La Grange - Mr. Davon Lee Roberts, 23 of 6293 Garris Road, passed on Sunday, January 15, 2017 at Vidant Medical Center, Greenville, NC. The celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, January 21, 2017 at 1:00pm at Gospel Light Temple Church, 1008 Atlantic Ave, Goldsboro, NC. He will be laid to rest at the Old Mill Cemetery, 3718 Central Heights Road, Goldsboro, NC. There will be a visitation will be held on Friday, January 20, 2017 from 4:00pm until 7:00pm with the family arriving to greet friends from 6:00pm until 7:00pm at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home & Cremations, Inc.
He was born in Jersey City, NJ on February 19, 1993 to Roger Smith and the late Monique Roberts. He is survived by his parents, Roger and Tamika Smith; his brothers: Davin Roberts, Deon Roberts and Derius Evans; his sisters: Deonna Roberts, Yonna Roberts, Domonique Roberts and Danielle C. Johnson and a host of other relatives and friends.
