Goldsboro - Mrs. Denece P. Berry age 70, peacefully transitioned into a world of eternal peace and rest on Sunday, June 01, 2025 at her residence surrounded by her loving husband. The celebration of her life will be held on Monday, June 9, 2025 at 11:00am at Best Grove Missionary Baptist Church, 1065 Tommy’s Road, Goldsboro, NC. She will be laid to rest at the Evergreen Memorial Cemetery, 3888 US Hwy 70 W, Goldsboro, NC. There will be a visitation held on Sunday, June 8, 2025 from 3:00pm to 6:00pm at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home & Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC.
She was born on February 14, 1955 in Wake County, NC. She is survived by her loving & devoted husband, William E. Berry, her daughter, grandchildren & other loving relatives & friends. She was a proud N.C. A&T Aggie.
Though Mrs. Berry is no longer with us in body , her spirit remains forever in all who knew her.
