Mt. Olive Mr. Dennis R. Carlton, 67 of 208 Church Street, died Sunday morning, November 25, 2012 at Kitty Askins Hospice Center, Goldsboro, NC. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 29, 2012 at 3:30pm from the Holy Ghost Cathedral, 812 E. James Street, Mt. Olive, with Reverend Preston Grimes officiating. There will be a viewing from 2:30pm until the hour of service at the church. Interment will be intimate and private with immediate family and friends. He was born on March 26, 1945 in Duplin County, to James and Jessie Mathis Carlton. A professional, sympathetic and dignified service has been entrusted to J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations.
