Rhodes Funeral Home & Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC. He will be laid to rest at the Best Family Cemetery, Tommy's Road, Goldsboro, NC. There will be a viewing held on Saturday, March 21, 2020 from 12:00pm to 12:00pm at the funeral home.
He was born on August 19, 1951 in Wayne County, NC to Dock Herman and Luberta Smith Best.
