Goldsboro - Mr. Dibbie Ray Turner, 66, passed on Saturday, July 20, 2019 at PruittHealth, Farmville, NC. The celebration of his life will be held on Monday, July 29, 2019 at 11:00am at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home & Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC with Apostle Frank M. Dawson officiating. He will be laid to rest at the Elmwood Cemetery, Goldsboro, NC. There will be a viewing held on Monday, July 29, 2019 from 10:00am to 11:00am at the funeral home.
He was born on May 13, 1953 in Wayne County, NC to John Henry Turner Sr. and Hazel Robinson Turner. He is survived by his siblings.
