Goldsboro Mrs. Doris Holloway Broadie, 75 of 117 S. Georgia Ave., passed on Sunday morning, November 3, 2013 at Wayne Memorial Hospital. Her homegoing services will be held on Saturday, November 9, 2013 at 11:00 am at the Original Tabernacle Of Prayer For All People, 1005 S. John Street, Goldsboro, NC. She will be laid to rest in Wayne Memorial Park North, 1191 Old Grantham Road, Goldsboro, NC. There will be a visitation held on Friday, November 8, 2013 from 1:00 pm until 5:00 pm in the J.B. Rhodes Jr. Memorial Chapel at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations. She was born on December 29, 1937 in Wayne County, NC to Herbert and Eva Exum Holloway. She is survived by her husband: Walter Frank Broadie. Professional, sympathetic, dignified, compassionate care and service entrusted to J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations.
