Goldsboro - Mrs. Doris W. Peterson, 90, keep the faith and received her reward on Thursday, September 15, 2022 at home surrounded by her family. The celebration of her life will be held on Friday, September 23, 2022 at 10:00am with a viewing from 9:00am to 9:45am at St. Mark Church of Christ, Disciples of Christ, 700 W. Ash Street, Goldsboro, NC. She will be laid to rest at the Eastern Carolina State Veterans Cemetery, 164 Longs Plant Farm Road, Goldsboro, NC at 12:00pm.
She was born on August 1, 1932 in Jamaica, Virginia to David and Mary Weathers Gresham. She is survived by children; grandchildren and other loving relatives and friends.
