Goldsboro- Mrs. Dorothy Mae Hooks, 86, completed her earthly journey and transitioned from labor to reward, Monday, December 1, 2025 at home surrounded by her loving family. Please remember the family during their time of bereavement. The Celebration of Life will be Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at 12:00 PM at New Stoney Hill United Holy Church, 1003 Dr. H.E. McNair Street, Goldsboro, NC. There will be a Church Viewing from 11:00-11:50 AM. She will be laid to rest Wayne Memorial Park South, 2925 US Hwy 117, Dudley, NC 28333
