Kenansville - Ms. Edith Marie "Bright" Lewis, 78, passed on Monday, September 4, 2017 at Kenansville Health & Rehabilitation, Kenansville, NC. The celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, September 9, 2017 at 11:00am at Hills Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, 538 SW Center Street, Faison, NC. She will be laid to rest at the Devotional Gardens, 1260 NC 24 & 50 Hwy, Warsaw, NC. There will be viewing held on Friday, September 8, 2017 at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home & Cremations of Goldsboro, NC from 5:00pm to 7:00pm with the family arriving to receive friends from 6:00pm to 7:00pm.
She was born on June 3, 1939 in Duplin County, NC to Henry Lee and Hoppie E. Wright Best.
